c) What we do not collect

We do not collect brokerage account details, portfolio holdings, payment card data, or any personal financial information. Our platform displays publicly available NGX market data only.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers. Security measures include:

  • Passwords are stored as one-way hashed values — we cannot read your password.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorised team members only.
  • Regular security reviews and dependency updates are conducted.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. Use a strong, unique password and log out of shared devices.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Google Cloud (hosting and database). They process data on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations.
  • Legal compliance: If required by U.S. federal or state law, court order, or lawful government request.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer as a business asset. You will be notified in advance.

6. Cookies

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

  • Your email address and hashed password are deleted within 30 days.
  • Watchlists, preset screens, and user-generated content are deleted immediately.
  • Server logs containing your IP address are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
